The company PROJECTES I SERVEIS DE MOBILITAT S.A. (hereafter, PSM) has a confidentiality policy that applies to data provided by its users which it is committed to protecting. This protection covers everything related to the collection and use of information provided through the website.

In this respect, PSM guarantees, under the terms established by Organic Law 15/1999, of 13 December 1999, on the Protection of Personal Data (known as LOPD in Spanish), that it will use users' personal data confidentially, and that the server in which they are stored and processed is equipped with the necessary security measures to avoid them being accessed by unauhorised third parties.

To this end, PSM guarantees that it has adopted the appropriate technical and organisation measures in its premises, systems and files to comply with the provisions of Royal Decree 1720/2007 of 21 December, which approved the regulation implementing Organic Law 15/1999, of 13 December 1999, on the Protection of Personal Data (RLOPD). 

PSM may grant authorised public authorities access to personal data and other information in their files when these are requested pursuant to the legal and regulatory requirements applicable in each case. No other surrender or transfer of data to third countries is foreseen.

In compliance with the provisions of the LOPD and the RLOPD, you are advised that the data provided are necessary for managing the request you have made by completing this form and will only be used for that purpose. The contractual relationship generated by your request forms the legal basis of its treatment, and your data will remain on record until the matter requested is resolved.  All this applies except if you specifically consent to receive commercial information by accepting our advertising policy.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, subject to your specific authorisation given through ticking the “advertising policy” check box, your personal data can also be used to contact you by any means, including by internet, with advertising material regarding services offered by companies within the TMB group.
